An organization of specialists.

The system is laid out like an organization, not a flat pile of tools. A master-orchestrator routes down to project orchestrators and to shared specialists grouped by division. Every specialist capability names which roles may use it, and every role names which capabilities it carries; the two lists must agree or the build fails, and a numeric bloat cap keeps any one role from sprawling. Hover or focus a role to light its routing and ownership edges, or open one to read its division, the capabilities it carries, and its bloat-cap status. The roles are real; the projects each one is scoped to are anonymized.
